East Eden Project
The East Eden Project is the community impact arm of Wild House Coffee. We partner with boots on the ground community organizations to provide food and relief to those in need. We also ensure that through our green bean sourcing that we help to empower marginalized and women farmers in the local communities.
Return Policy
Because coffee is a perishable item, and your coffee was roasted to your order, we are unable to provide returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, we are happy to support you with this! Fill out our contact us form for support.
If for any reason your order is returned to the roastery by shipping carrier, we will contact you to resolve the shipping issue to ensure information is correct to resend your order.
If you are truly dissatisfied with your order after drinking, please reach out to us by contacting us. We will help accommodate a different roast fit for your taste!
